Editing Perks

*Perks are modifiers that you can use. Each perk gives a unique buff. 
*You can equip a maximum of 3 different perks at the same time.
*You can select the perks you want to use from the [[Rocky]] NPC.
==OBTAINING==

*Perks are unlocked at [[Prestige]] XV. They can be obtained by completing [[Contracts]] from the [[Contractor]]. 
==UPGRADING==
----
*When unlocking a perk, it will be at tier I.
*Upgrading a perk to tier II costs 128 [[Night Shards]] and takes 7 days.
*Upgrading a perk to tier III costs 256 [[Night Shards]] and takes 14 days. 
*You can also use [[Books Of Contracting]] to upgrade perks faster.
*You cannot use a perk you are currently upgrading.
