==Ascension==
At level 20 the Level Up button becomes '''Ascend'''. An item can be ascended 10 times, from Ascension I to Ascension X, shown on the item as ''[✦I]'' to ''[✦X]''. Each ascension:
*gives the item +0.5% melee damage (swords), +0.5% arrow damage (bows) or -0.5% damage taken from all hits (pants), up to 5% at Ascension X;
*on a sword, also adds +0.025 to the Damage stat, so a level 20 sword at Ascension X has Damage 9;
*on a Jewel item, adds +1 life and +1 maximum life.
Ascension X also raises the item's third Attribute to level II and turns a sword into a diamond sword.

Ascending an item all the way to X costs about $111.3 billion, 5,500 Mystic Dust and 640 Jewel Shards. Together with item levels 11 to 20, a Jewel item gains up to 20 lives from levelling and ascending.
