The '''Miner Helmet''' has an active ability. When sneaking while wearing the '''Miner Helmet''', Slowness I and Blindness I is applied for 5 seconds to all players in a 6 block radius. This ability has a one minute cooldown.

It also has a passive ability. The player wearing it receives 100% extra [[Mining Chance Boosts|luck]] from ore drops, stacking with any other chance boosts.

When worn, the player is limited to receiving a maximum of Slowness I. This can be useful against the [[Turtle's Hex]] [[Blessings|blessing]] and any other effects that apply Slowness.
