Hemorrhage is a RARE! sword enchant. Strikes inflict bleed: reduces healing and applies slowness (12/10/8/7s cd).
Tiers[edit]
- I: Strikes bleed enemies for 3s reducing healing by 10% and slowing them (12s cooldown).
- II: Strikes bleed enemies for 3.5s reducing healing by 20% and slowing them (10s cooldown).
- III: Strikes bleed enemies for 4.5s reducing healing by 30% and slowing them (8s cooldown).
