Certain Sight

Certain Sight is a RES! bow enchant. Arrow hits grant +1 tier of Speed (8s cd).

Tiers

• I: Arrow hits grant you +1 tier of Speed for 4s. 8 second cooldown.
• II: Arrow hits grant you +1 tier of Speed for 6s. 8 second cooldown.
• III: Arrow hits grant you +1 tier of Speed for 8s. 8 second cooldown.

Notes

• RES! (Resurrector) enchants go in a fourth enchant slot. From Prestige 50, a rare Magical Resurrector can add a random RES! enchant to a Jewel item of its type that already has 3 enchants, for $100,000,000. The new enchant is tier I (50%), II (30%) or III (20%), and the item's enchants are then permanently locked.
