Berserker Brew is a perk. Perks are unlocked through contracts and Perk Amulets, and upgraded as described on the Perks page.
Levels

- I: Deal -3% damage every second without a kill but gain +3% every kill (Min: -20%, Max: +10%).
- II: Deal -3% damage every second without a kill but gain +3% every kill (Min: -20%, Max: +20%).
- III: Deal -3% damage every second without a kill but gain +3% every kill (Min: -20%, Max: +30%).
- IV (with a Perk Pusher): Deal -3% damage every second without a kill but gain +3% every kill (Min: -20%, Max: +40%).
