The Strength Stealer is an item sold by the Miner that raises your damage against players on a high streak.

Bought from the Miner's Mining Shop for $45,000 and 1 Blood Stone. You must be Mining level 26 or higher.

While the Strength Stealer is in your inventory, you deal +1% damage to a player for every 10 streak they have, up to +20% at 200 streak.
It only works against players, not bots.
It also works while stored in a Relic Satchel (a boss drop).
Carrying more than one has no extra effect.
