==Ability==
*While the Strength Stealer is in your inventory, you deal +1% damage to a player for every 10 [[Streaks and Bounties|streak]] they have, up to +20% at 200 streak.
*It only works against players, not bots.
*It also works while stored in a Relic Satchel (a [[Bosses|boss]] drop).
*Carrying more than one has no extra effect.
